Fried Pickle Dip

Ingredients:

12 oz cream cheese, room temperature

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayo

3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 cup chopped dill pickles

1/4 cup panko bread crumbs

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, cheese and seasonings.  Stir until well combined. Add chopped pickles and transfer mixture to a baking dish.  Top with panko bread crumbs and bake for 30 minutes.  Serve with your favorite chips!
