What You’ll Do:
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand client goals
• Present and market properties through showings, listing appointments, and strategic guidance
• Provide expert advice on pricing, market trends, and negotiations

• Deliver exceptional service that builds trust and long-term relationships
• Generate business through team-provided leads, personal outreach, and community engagement
• Use team systems to manage your pipeline

What We’re Looking For
• Active real estate license
• Previous real estate experience preferred, but motivated new agents are welcome
