Due to the pandemic, we were unable to do our usual fundraisers to support rescue and medical treatment for those slated to be euthanized in shelters. Thanks in large part to the community outreach of the Jana Caudill team and its staff, we were one of a group of local organizations chosen to receive donations from staff efforts and sales. This allowed our group to continue its mission of rescue and rehabilitation leading to homes for animals formerly slated for euthanization. It helped feed and medically vet and re-home many, many animals. This group does not wait around to be asked for help. They actively engage the community to find needs and fill them. I can’t say enough about how this group helped us, and the community we live in as a whole.
