Her Midwest roots and unwavering work ethic set the stage for her remarkable career, as the first Keller Williams franchise owner in Indiana. She etched her name in history by becoming the #1 Keller Williams Mega Agent nationwide and earned her recognition from esteemed publications such as Forbes, Lore Magazine, and the Wall Street Journal. She held the role of Regional Director of the Mid-American Region and opened her own independent brokerage before partnering with eXp Realty. Jana continues to own and operate a full-service SW Florida team, as well as the #1 team in NW Indiana.

Jana’s upbringing on an Indiana Holstein dairy farm instilled a strong sense of success from a young age. It all began when her show calf, Betty, earned the highly coveted All-American Award. With her father’s entrepreneurial influence, she learned the importance of honesty and integrity, laying the foundation for the core values that guide the business she leads today.

Beginning at the age of 10, Jana would visit her grandparents in Naples, and the dream of the SW Florida lifestyle was born. Sunshine, beaches, and endless summer days were the goal, but it took diligence and dedication to leverage her business into a position to call Naples home. Now, as the leader of multi-state teams and a mentor for agents across the globe, she has since relaunched Star Power, a real estate training network, was appointed as a founding member for the eXp Global Luxury division, and continues to serve on their Luxury Advisory Council.

Outside of real estate, Jana is a boy mom to 4, a wife to Dennis, and Nana Jana to her grandkids Sloane and Zane.
